1 Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, verify guest reservations and register new guests.
2 Issue room keys and provide information about room features and services and Process check-outs, collect payments, and issue receipts or invoices.
3 Manage room bookings through phone, email, or online systems and update reservation systems with accurate guest information.
4 Handle inquiries about room availability, pricing, and guest house amenities and respond to guest requests, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly.
5 Provide information on local attractions, transportation, and dining options and assist guests with special requests such as wake-up calls or arranging taxis.
6 Maintain records of guest stays and financial transactions answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff.
7 Process payments by cash, credit/debit cards, or online transfers and maintain a cash float and balance it at the end of the shift.
8 Handle emails and correspondence efficiently Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
9 Report any maintenance issues or guest feedback to management and Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless guest services.
10 Monitor guest access to ensure only authorized persons enter and maintain a log of visitors or unusual incidents.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 yrs experience in same role Required
