We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced waitress to join our team and deliver exceptional à la carte dining service. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, have a strong work ethic, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and timing
• Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation

Requirements:
• Previous experience in à la carte or table service is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Neat appearance and a positive attitude
• Own transport is a must due to shift times and location
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
