Do you have great computer skills and a talent for customer service? Sicily By Car – Luqa is looking for a Rental Agent to join our front desk team and help customers hit the road with confidence!

Location: Sicily By Car, Luqa
Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time
Salary: €7 per hour plus commission on extra sales

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers at the rental desk with bookings, contracts, and vehicle handovers
• Use our system to manage reservations and process payments
• Offer and sell extras (e.g. insurance upgrades, GPS, baby seats, etc.)
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service from start to finish
• Ensure all paperwork and customer data is accurately entered into the system

Requirements:
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with rental software
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Sales-oriented mindset – confident in offering additional products
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Organised and detail-oriented
