What You'll Do:
Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity in every dish

Design and regularly update our menu with seasonal, innovative offerings

Recruit, train, and mentor a talented kitchen team

Maintain stock levels, manage suppliers, and control food costs

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety

Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef

Culinary experience

A creative approach to menu planning and food presentation

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and food safety regulations
