Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying
• Manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary
• Support accounting, HR, or project teams with administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and take minutes when required
• Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records
• Provide customer service via phone, email, or front desk when needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
