About the Role:

As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our daily cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and supporting treasury operations across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple accounts and currencies

Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts

Support payment processing, including wires, SEPA, SWIFT, and internal fund transfers

Liaise with local and international banking partners

Maintain and improve treasury systems and controls

Assist in managing foreign exchange exposures and hedging strategies

Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

Reconcile bank accounts and support month-end closing activities

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Good understanding of international banking processes and foreign exchange

Strong communication skills and fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani
