4 Stock Rotation and Waste Reduction
5 I nventory Collaboration Support and Team Support
6 Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
7General knowledge of cold cuts, cheeses, and other deli products
8Awareness of customer service principles
9Familiarity with retail or grocery store operations (preferred)
