We are currently seeking a Clerical Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Responding to calls and emails.
Assisting customers.
Data entry.
Credit control.
Filing.
Performing secretarial tasks as necessary.
Stress management: Candidates should be able to manage stress effectively in a busy office environment.
Willingness to learn: A desire to learn and grow within the role is essential.
Qualifications: O' level.

Essential Requirements:
Computer Literate:
Candidates must possess strong computer skills.
Language Proficiency:
Maltese: Basic speaking and writing skills are essential and considered an asset.
English: Very Fluent speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
