Reservations Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Clerk to join our team and be the first point of contact for guests looking to stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
Process bookings accurately in the hotel reservation system.
Assist guests with special requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Handle cancellations, modifications, and no-show charges as per hotel policy.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a customer service role (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
