Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking a dedicated Control Room Officer to join our team in Birkirkara, Malta. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, we are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to the right candidate.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:
• Confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate clearly in both Maltese and English (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills; polite and proactive
• Experience in a fast paced, multi-functional environment is advantageous
• Flexibility to work as per roster, including weekends and public holidays
Main Duties Include:
• Monitoring and operating the control room
• Reception duties and visitor management
• Basic operational tasks related to administrative functions
