• Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies
• Collaborate with the team on menu planning and development
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a chef or cook (minimum2 years preferred)
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety certification is a plus
