A rare opportunity to fill the position of a Head Chef has arisen at Palazzo Castelletti in Rabat .

Palazzo Castelletti is an upmarket Mediterranean restaurant specializing in Mediterranean cuisine and the Head Chef will be leading a team of another 5 experienced chefs. Head Chef is also responsible of making food orders, maintaining the high standards of quality that Palazzo Castelletti is renowned for, and ensuring that all HACCP standards are met at all the times.

Working on a 5 day week basis (40 hours a week), working weekends are must.

Stepping into the shoes of a Head Chef at Palazzo Castelletti requires dedication, passion, skill, experience and above all a flair for culinary art, combined with exceptional organization and leadership skills. We expect that the ideal candidate to have at least 5 years of working experience in kitchens of a high caliber.
Emotional intelligence, good verbal and non-verbal communication skills are a must.
