
Junior Sommelier

The Marvin Gauci Group operates a collection of award-winning restaurants in Malta, including Caviar & Bull, Sole Seabar by Tarragon, Don Royale, and Dinner in the Sky Malta — all under the vision of renowned chef Marvin Gauci.
We are currently looking for a Junior Sommelier to join our fantastic team in Caviar & Bull Restaurant and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience across our venues.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Head Sommelier in wine service across all venues
-Assist with wine selection, presentation, and pairing for guests
-Maintain proper wine storage and stock rotation
-Contribute to a memorable and refined dining experience through expert wine knowledge and service
Qualifications
-Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
-A charismatic and professional personality with a passion for wine and guest service
-Strong communication skills and a good command of English
-Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards as set by the Head Sommelier
-WSET Level 1 certification (preferred)
-A team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
