Handyman / Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing)
Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
Handle basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and fixture installation
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
Assemble furniture, install shelves, and complete small renovation projects
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure
