Cleaner and Administrative Assistant

We are looking to recruit a full-time assistant to ensure the upkeep of the facilities and perform basic administrative duties such as continual organization of documentation and administrative and personal assistance to the director. Roles shall include:
Filing and organisation of documentation
Assistant to the Director
Vacuuming and mopping floors of various types
Dusting and cleaning work areas, windows and doors
Cleaning and sanitizing restroom and kitchen spaces
Restock supplies if required
Following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to communicate well in English
Physically fit with the ability to move around work area efficiently.
Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
Ability to comply with basic health and safety requirements and hygiene.
Good presence and strong customer service skills.
Willing to work and learn
Previous work experience in a similar role will be an asset.
