Food Server / Runner (Commis Waiter/waitress)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Food Server/Runner to join our service team. This role focuses on supporting the waitstaff by delivering dishes to guests, clearing tables, setting up the dining area, and ensuring smooth service throughout the shift.

Training will be provided on the job. No previous experience is required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Main Duties:

Running food from the kitchen to guests
Assisting station waiters with service tasks
Clearing and resetting tables
Preparing the dining area before service
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in service stations
Supporting the team with any additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Requirements:

English speaking is a minimum requirement
Other languages are an advantage, especially Maltese
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Polite, professional, and well-presented
Reliable and eager to learn
