The Barback will support the bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and well-organized at all times. Responsibilities include restocking beverages, preparing garnishes, collecting glassware, cleaning equipment, and assisting with bar setup and closing duties to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.

Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirement for the Skill Pass, Food Handling Certificate, and Card (QR code)
