We are looking to expand our kitchen team with passionate and dedicated chefs to join us on a full-time basis. Open positions include:
Commis Chef
Chef de Partie
Sous Chef
The ideal candidates will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive team and contribute to a vibrant restaurant atmosphere.
Qualifications
Culinary degree or formal training in professional cooking
Proven experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in similar cuisine
Experience managing a kitchen team (for sous chef roles)
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Menu planning, costing, and inventory management skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
Creativity in recipe development and plating/presentation
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Experience with ordering, supplier management, and stock control
