Storekeeper (Online Orders)

Due to a constant increase of online orders and home delivery requests, we are feeling the need to find a suitable storekeeper to join our online sales team
The Online Orders Storekeeper –will be coordinating with the online sales team to ensure the smooth handling of online orders from receipt up until delivery.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Making sure there are adequate stock levels of the items on order
• Supporting the preparation and grouping of orders for deliveries or shipment
• Serving as a point of contact between the department in charge of processing online orders and the store in charge of preparing and delivering products
• Assisting the online sales team in the process of handling orders including the checking of availability and with information about stock levels
• Following up on the preparation and delivery of ordered products
Qualifications
• Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of stock management and invoicing systems
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• A keen interest in excellent customer service
• Good command of English is a must
• Speaking and understanding the Maltese language will be considered an asset
