We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle routine office tasks, assist staff, and perform occasional errands or deliveries that require a valid driving licence.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organize and update records, databases, and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and basic financial documents.
Handle mail distribution, courier arrangements, and deliveries.
Run office-related errands requiring the use of a company vehicle.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
Valid driving licence (required) with a clean driving record.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
