Assistant Store manager

As an Assistant Store manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our international store of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Your primary responsibility will be to support the store's daily activities, assist customers, and maintain a clean and organized environment. This position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Alta Care Laboratoires is searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to join our team. The chosen individual will play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock including store organization, packaging, stocktaking, and consignment checks.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible to store manager.
· Stock and package the materials in a proper manner in the appropriate location code number-wise and category-wise.
· Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control of packaged products.
· Carry out periodical physical verification, quality control, and asses the stock position.
· During receipt of goods from the supplier they help the store manager to check the quantity and quality and stock the materials in appropriate locations and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
· Maintain the store neat and tidy.
· In addition to the above, any other duties given by the manager or the management.
Qualifications
Experience in other companies in the departments of stores, shipping and production will be considered as an asset.
Having a driving license is also considered to be an asset.
