Evolve RS Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive. The role involves overseeing supplier procurement, inventory control, and shop operations, while guiding the sales team and coordinating general marketing initiatives to strengthen our presence with contractors, builders, and sole traders.

Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Inventory Management
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective finishing materials (e.g., liquid membrane, paints, coatings).
• Monitor stock levels and maintain effective inventory control.
• Schedule and oversee procurement to meet customer demand.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.

Sales & Shop Oversight
• Supervise and support shop staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Set sales targets and track performance.
• Step in to resolve escalated customer issues when required.
• Ensure correct pricing, invoicing, and cash handling procedures are followed.

General Marketing & Business Development
• Coordinate marketing activities.
• Strengthen relationships with local contractors, builders, and traders.
• Support management in implementing promotional campaigns and customer loyalty programs.
• Monitor competitor activity and customer needs to adjust strategies.

Operational & Administrative Duties
• Prepare reports on purchasing, stock, sales, and marketing activities.
• Work closely with management to align shop operations with company growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies in the shop.

Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in procurement, sales, and staff supervision (finishing materials or retail industry preferred).
• Experience with Shireburn software (inventory and accounting) is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of general marketing (local advertising, customer promotions, events) is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage shop staff.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Any other general duties that may arise from time to time related to all the companies pertaining to the group.
