Marvin Gauci Group, the team behind award-winning restaurants Caviar & Bull, Sole Seabar by Tarragon, Don Royale, and Dinner in the Sky Malta, is looking to recruit a full-time Bartender to join our dynamic team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while preparing and serving classic cocktails and innovative beverages. You will:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Understand guest preferences and recommend suitable drinks
Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to the highest standards
Upsell menu items confidently and professionally
Develop and follow drink recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Ensure proper use of equipment and ingredients

Qualifications

Requirements

Proven experience working as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked, and clean
Good command of the English language
