Business Development & Tendering Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, mature, and driven person to join the Business Development team of JF Group. The selected candidate will be responsible for the tender submissions for the Group and strive to increase sales and generate additional business. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, who has an eye for detail and is able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.
He/She will be capable of thinking outside the box and possess excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
Most importantly, he/she must be ready to commit to a serious job that requires responsibility as well as determination.

Responsibilities:
• Analyse and evaluate tender documents from a technical point of view.
• Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
• Provide all the necessary project clarification / information upon project award to the Project Manager as per the project budget; advise the Project Manager on contractual rights and remedies which have been taken into consideration during tendering.
• Generate weekly tender status reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders including follow-ups.
• Evaluate and finalise subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Preparing and issuing quotations to clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Good PC skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook 365.
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in a similar position within this position will be considered an asset.
