Digital Marketing Manager

• Leading and executing the Company’s digital marketing strategy end-to-end across all channels.
• Planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Xiaohong Shu.
• Managing lifecycle marketing and automation within HubSpot, including lead nurturing, segmentation, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Overseeing SEO strategy and implementation using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs to improve organic visibility and lead acquisition.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing Strategy Lead, CTO, outsourced PPC specialists, and external agencies to ensure alignment and performance delivery.
• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Leveraging AI and creative tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, MidJourney, DALL·E, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Canva) to enhance content creation, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
• Managing digital assets, content workflows, and platform integrations to ensure consistency, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Acting in a hands-on capacity across strategy, media buying, analytics, and coordination functions as required by business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role;
• Fluent in the English language. Any other language is considered an asset;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage own workload;
• Excellent communication skills, organised with a good eye for detail;
• Ability to work individually and in a team;
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
