Sicily by Car is currently looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Car Rental Agents based at Malta International Airport.

Main Responsibilities:

* Assisting customers with vehicle rentals, returns, and general inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service at the front office
* Handling reservations, contracts, and payments
* Promoting company services and rental products
* Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities

Qualifications

Requirements:

* Fluent English is a must
* Additional languages are considered an asset
* Good computer knowledge and confidence using office systems
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Must be well-groomed, maintain good hygiene, and present a professional appearance at all times
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Own transport is required to travel to and from work

Working Conditions:

* Shift-based working hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Weekly work schedule issued every Saturday
* Full paid training provided by the company
