We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards are maintained at all times.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Birkirkara for a Cleaning Supervisor in the Staffing & Personnel Services team at JF Group Ltd. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee and coordinate cleaning teams to ensure high standards of commercial cleaning, assign tasks, conduct inspections of cleaned areas, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires maintaining communication with clients to address specific needs and concerns while training and supporting team members to meet performance expectations.


Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives

Transport employees to and from work locations as required

Ensure all staff attend work in full, correct uniform

Allocate duties and manage daily rotas

Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to required standards

Carry out quality checks and report any issues

Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance

Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Manage stock levels and cleaning supplies

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance management

Proficiency in Commercial Cleaning practices and ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to manage teams and interact with clients effectively

Knowledge of Health & Safety practices in the cleaning and facilities management industry

Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role is highly desirable

Proficiency in basic computer skills and reporting is an advantage

Full, valid driving licence
