Monitor and maintain food safety and quality records.
Check product labels and specifications to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Update product prices, specifications, and related documentation as required.
Follow up on quality documentation, records, certifications, and renewals.
Assist with product traceability exercises and related activities.
Support the Quality Manager with daily quality control requirements.
Perform administrative duties related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Verify temperature monitoring, cleaning, and hygiene records.
Conduct routine checks within the production area to ensure that quality and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from established procedures.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Good communication and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in a quality, food safety, or administrative role within the food industry will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems is advantageous.
