Accounts Executive

AB Projects Ltd is a leading importer and distributor of office stationery, cleaning supplies, and workplace solutions. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive.
Working Hours
Full-Time or Part-Time (hours to be discussed)
Main Responsibilities
• Post customer payments and supplier expenses accurately
• Reconcile bank accounts and customer/supplier ledgers
• Chase outstanding debtor payments by phone and email
• Issue VAT receipts and maintain accurate accounting records
• Maintain organized filing of financial documentation
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding account queries
Qualifications
Requirements
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
