Office & Operations Administrator

Dino’s Motors is looking for a reliable and highly organised Office & Operations Administrator to handle the company's day-to-day administrative functions and provide direct support to the General Manager.
This is a varied and responsible position covering accounts, bookkeeping, HR administration, office management and operational support.
Main duties include:
Daily bookkeeping and accounting administration
Recording payments, receipts, expenses and other transactions
Bank and cash reconciliations
Preparing documentation and information for the company accountant
Processing invoices and maintaining accounting records
Payroll and employee administration
Maintaining leave, attendance and personnel records
Assisting with recruitment and other HR matters
Managing general office administration and correspondence
Following up payments, suppliers and outstanding matters
Assisting with the coordination of daily company operations
Liaising with employees, customers, suppliers, accountants and other third parties
Providing direct administrative support to the General Manager
Following up on tasks and ensuring that matters assigned by management are completed
Assisting with other administrative and operational duties as required
The position requires someone who can take ownership of daily responsibilities, prioritise work and ensure that the office continues to operate efficiently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping or accounts
Good understanding of accounting principles
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and office applications
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Fluent in Maltese and English
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Accurate and attentive to detail
Able to work independently and take initiative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in HR administration is considered an asset
Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage but not essential
