Replenish frozen and chilled products on the sales floor as required.
Ensure shelves, freezers, and chilled displays are adequately stocked.
Rotate stock according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
Check product dates and remove expired or damaged products.
Ensure products are correctly displayed, labelled, and priced.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the frozen and chilled sections.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or products requiring replenishment.
Handle frozen and chilled products carefully to maintain the required temperature and quality.
Follow all company HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
Assist with receiving, moving, and storing frozen and chilled products when required.
Ensure the department is presentable and fully stocked during supermarket opening hours.
Work according to a Monday-to-Sunday roster, including weekends and public holidays where scheduled.
Carry out any other reasonable duties related to the smooth operation of the supermarket.

Qualifications

The employee is expected to work efficiently as part of the supermarket team and ensure that customers always find the frozen and chilled sections well-stocked, clean, organised, and properly presented.
