WE’RE HIRING LETTING/RENTAL AGENT (FULL-TIME & PART-TIME)

Are you confident, motivated and great with people? Looking for an opportunity to start a career in real estate?

Grand Harbour Real Estate is looking for a Letting Agent to join our team.

No previous real estate experience is required.

What matters to us is your enthusiasm to learn, positive attitude and drive to succeed. Full training will be provided, together with ongoing coaching and support to help you develop your skills and grow within the industry.

Your Role

Assist clients looking for properties to rent
Arrange and carry out property viewings
Build relationships with landlords and tenants
Source new rental properties
Follow up with enquiries and potential clients
Assist with negotiations and the letting process
Keep property listings and client information up to date

What We’re Looking For

No previous real estate experience required
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
Confident and comfortable dealing with people
Good communication and organisational skills
Proactive, motivated and reliable
Fluent in English
Maltese is an advantage, but not a requirement
Own car required
Valid, clean driving licence required
Must already be residing in Malta
Must already hold a valid permit/right to work in Malta
Comfortable using computers, smartphones and social media
