The Preluna Hotel & Spa is currently looking for Chef de Partie/Demi-Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Department on a full-time basis:
(Part-time applicants will also be considered.)
This position will require the successful candidate to:
- prepare, cook and present dishes;
- ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to HACCP, hotel recipes and standards;
- Monitor portions and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a vocational qualification (ITS or comparable) or at least two years experience in a similar role.
