Our client operates as a Go Karting track and club house, that aims to provide a fun and safe activity.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and assist them in understanding the pricing and activity list;
Process customer payments. This includes receiving correct payments, managing cash drawer, processing cash drawer and credit card transactions, and return appropriate change;
Apply knowledge of company products and services to assist customer with purchases;
Efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner;
Supervise and coordinate the rest of the team to ensure that events run punctually and respecting the safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
Is willing to work evenings and weekends;
Has good communication and customer service skills;
Works well with other members of the staff;
Is professional and courteous in relation with the customers;
Is reliable, positive and has an outgoing attitude;
Has prior work experience.
