
Senior Front Office Manager

The Senior Front Office Manager will be required to:
- Directly supervise all front office personnel;
- Ensure proper completion of all front office duties;
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas;
- Provide training to all front office personnel;
- Hold daily communication and coordination with all Departments within the Hotel;
- Maintain that front office operations up to the hotel standards;
- Prepare monthly reports for front office department;
- Manage all other front office tasks, duties and responsibilities.
Conditions:
- The Senior Front Office Manager will be working a 40 hour week from Monday till Sunday.
- Hours of work may vary according to the Department’s exigencies.
- Vacation Leave entitlement is according to Maltese legislation (Hotels & Clubs WRO).
Qualifications
Interested candidates must possess:
- A high level of education;
- Previous experience in a front desk managerial role;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of languages
- Experience in handling cash, accounting procedures and general administrative tasks.
