Jadinnovations is a successful outsourcing company and is looking for passionate sales-driven individuals to join their team as Sales Agents.

Our goal is to build day by day a new team and give to each agent the opportunity to grow and find new opportunity career according to our growth plan.

The agent will be permanent located in Malta and will travel for some training to Cyprus in our Head Quarter.

It’s also a great opportunity to live and grow in a international environment.

The agent will report to the Head of Sales and the ideal candidate will be responsible for the handling and development of a portfolio of Italian clients.

Responsibilities

•Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone
•Bring sales experience along with industry insights.
•Exceed client expectations
•Ability to quickly respond to client requests.
•Strong problem solving.
•Meeting and exceeding monthly sales target.
•Liaising with prospect clients and converting them into active ones.

Qualifications

Essential skills and experiences relevant to the role:

•Native Spanish speaker with professional communication skills via phone and email

• Proven experience of building and managing relationships.

• Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects

• Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure.

• Available to travel (some training in Cyprus).

• Monthly basic salary 1200 euro.
