Maintenance Persons (with Carpentry Background)

Popeye Village

Carries out minor and major repair of buildings and equipment.

Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures.

Fix on or work on aperture maintenance or new projects.

Moves, transports and carries material, beds and deck chairs, umbrellas and stands

Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building equipment.

Cleans and inspects boiler; treats water with proper chemicals.

Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks

Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed.

Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches; repairs refrigeration equipment.

May install cables.

Qualifications

Has at least 3 to 5 years experience

A valid driving licence

Experience in carpentry is considered an asset

Have a good level of spoken English
