We are seeking to hire an energetic individual to occupy the position of a Shop Office Assistant in our Birkirkara showroom.
The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and must be able to work under pressure in a small team.
We require an organized person with good level of English, Computer skills and can work independently

Responsibilities:
To keep the office organized and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Manage communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain the creditors’ and debtors’ accounts
Maintain the inventory and process purchase orders with our suppliers
Assist the colleagues with their work when required
Qualifications

Requirements
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Understanding of VAT and Invoicing procedures
Knowledge in interior design and lighting fixtures is considered an asset.
