Alea is growing fast, and we are building a new Fraud & Payment department in Malta. That’s why we are looking for an experienced and self-starter F&P Manager in order to set up a top-notch team, setting up procedures and processes to support our Casinos.

Mission of the F&P Manager

To build, train and organize a new F&P department, delivering top quality service to our players 7 days a week.

What you will do:
• You will hire, train and organize a high-preforming F&P team in Malta.
• You will set the guidelines for Fraud investigation, based on your in-depth knowledge of AML and Responsible Gaming policies, guaranteeing regulation compliance while preserving players’ value.
• You will handle the validation process of our players' documentation, according to the KYC process.
• You will guarantee a 7/7 withdraw service to our players.
• You will design, enforce and document all F&P related processes and procedures, working closely with other managers.

Who You Are:
• You have 5 years’ F&P experience with international iGaming environment;
• You have experience managing a team, you lead by example and you’re keen to share your knowledge with others.
• You have a strong knowledge of the regulations related with MGA and UKGC: AML, Responsible Gaming and KYC process.
• You have a proven track record of developing processes and procedure from the scratch.
• You speak English fluently

Qualifications

5 years + in Fraud, Payments, Anti-money laudering, complience witin international igaming industry.
