Chef De Partie

Are you a Chef de Partie & are passionate about Pub Food?
Then look no further. We are seeking a strong Chef De Partie with experience on the Grill Section to work closely with The Head & Sous Chef in a fast paced establishment.
Duties include:
- Opportunities to work & help run all sections of the kitchen
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- To be familiar with HACCP Standards and Health & Safety Regulations as stipulated by Law.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Prerequisites:
- A high standard of spoken and written English.
- Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent culinary catering talent.
- Must have own transport.
Qualifications
Experience:
At least 3 year's experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel and/or minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
