The Employee shall be responsible to/for:

1. Execute and perform any and all duties according to business requirements for the position, not limited to;
2. Contact and help customers return to our clients site
3. The said site can differ from time to time
4. Be part of campaigns and launches of new sites
5. Reach the goals and targets set together with closes Manager
6. Managing and driving sales from the team
7. Oversee and involve one’s self in the recruitment prowess of potential employees
8. Training of new staff and ongoing monitoring of employees
9. Plan CRM leads cycle and be responsible for executive decision making processes
10. Be driven and with the company best interests at heart

Qualifications

A basic Business Qualification and at least 2 years experience in sales related roles with competence and experience that indicate suitability for a managerial role.
