Accounts Clerk / Office Administrator

FB Imports is an established company operating in the field of frozen and chilled foods. In order to continue growing, the company is now seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk / Office Administrator.
The selected candidate shall need to adopt a hands-on approach and shall be responsible for all office / accounts related duties. These shall include; Posting and matching of payments, recording and posting goods being received, online NSO's, issuing and working on aged analysis and debtor chasing, issuing and matching of credit notes, checking stock status, seeing to client requirements via email such as invoice copies etc.
Qualifications
- A' level standard of education in an Accounts related discipline
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, most importantly MS Excel
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese
- Be mature, disciplined and able to work on own initiative
- Valid driving license
