The position of a Dispatch Officer consists of coordinating the deliveries and preparing for functions and events. Ensuring that the product is delivered to the customer in an efficient and timely manner.

Key tasks include:

Coordinating the daily route for deliveries.
The up keeping of the company vans and vehicles.
Assisting the Functions Manager on preparations for the events.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and great customer service. Knowledge on Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Excel.
