We require Bartenders to work within our Group which runs Caviar & Bull, Tarragon, Susurrus and Dinner in the Sky Malta restaurants. Be part of an award-winning Group working for the finest in the restaurant industry.

We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. You will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Salary includes tips and incentives.

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Neat appearance, observant and personable
