Sommelier

We require a Sommelier to work within our Group that runs the award-winning Caviar & Bull, Tarragon, Susurrus and Dinner in the Sky Malta restaurants.
Brief description:
- A wine expert that will manage the wines and the cellar, advice and sells the patrons the best wine according to their tastes, the food and wine pairing, the occasion or the budget.
- Supervising wine serving.
- Collaborating with the suppliers to renew the wine selections and achieve better prices.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Previous job experience as a Sommelier
• Great understanding of wine and qualification in this field is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player and committed to hard work
• Ability to be flexible, work various shifts including weekend and public holidays
