Maintenance Persons (with Electrical Background)

Popeye Village

Carries out minor and major repair of buildings and equipment.

Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building equipment.

Cleans and inspects boiler; treats water with proper chemicals.

Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks

Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed.

Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches; repairs refrigeration equipment.

Assists with the renovation/remodelling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures.

Install cables and other equipment.

Qualifications

Has at least 3 to 5 years experience

A valid driving licence

Preference will be given to holders of Local Electrical Certification

Experience in carpentry is considered an asset

Have a good level of spoken English
