The Role

The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the most significant opportunities to drive revenue for our business.

Responsibilities
• Provide general sales - Cold Calling, Phone Sale, Face to Face appointments and new client acquisition as well as using most tools and means available to source new business.
• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for sales management and development of clients business promotions.
• Be a storyteller who can quickly pitch to the new businesses and help local enterprises to promote and get internet-facing clients.
• Be able to explain marketing benefits, financial benefits, how we work to the whole hierarchy of the clients from directors, CEO's, marketing managers and top managers to supervisors, marketing executives and small business owners.
• Negotiating skills to make sure the company, the clients and the consumers are all benefiting.
• Taking or getting from the client's photos, media and content to sell their adverts to consumers
• Able to close agreements and achieve weekly targets
• Discovering new avenues and directions to grow the company

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• 2+ years' of experience in sales consulting, business development or business intelligence experience
• Proven track record of successful B2B sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Successful Candidate:
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Analytical mind and energetic, goal-oriented team players who are committed and driven to succeed, in a nutshell must be a people person with strong communication skills.
• High level of commitment to customer service
• Detail-oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Expertise in Recruitment, Media, Advertising, E-commerce, Health & Beauty, Leisure or Hospitality sales preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic/career-oriented presence in a team environment
• Able to use CRM, calendars and docu-sign to manage sales and accounts.
• A natural storyteller who can quickly pitch to the new businesses and help local enterprises to promote and get internet-facing clients.

Salary - €20-25 per hour - Uncapped Commission
