Our client is looking for their next Restaurant Manager to help manage day-to-day operations and take care of customers' needs. Our clients runs a luxurious fine-dining venue, and they are looking for a well experienced candidate who has a self-starting personality with an even disposition and a strong desire to grow and develop with their established professional Restaurant Team.

Must have the following Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in current position
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent self-presentation
• Should have basic knowledge of HACCP
• Catering & Hospitality degree/certification a plus
• Excellent command of spoken/written English
• Knowledge of Maltese language a plus
Must currently be living in Malta
