We are looking to recruit an experienced and humble chef to join our successful team at a family run restaurant.

Proven experience as chef in a busy high standard restaurant
Outstanding communication together with our head chef being a team player
Responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations when on duty
.Help Create new dishes and menus when required
Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
Be responsible for cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene of all kitchen areas
High levels of personal hygiene plus grooming is a must

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a high standard busy kitchen

Good level of English language

Work permit
