• Is capable of troubleshooting issues on the latest technologies.
• Has experience with managing and resolving workstation issues.

• Is an achiever and doesn’t shy away from responsibility
• Works well with minimal supervision
• Works well in a team
• Has a valid driving license
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible mainly for first-level support, maintenance and repairs on workstations and other equipment.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
• Should already have experience in a similar post, ideally a minimum of 2 years.
• Experience with troubleshooting Windows-based workstations
• CompTIA A Plus Certificate or equivalent
• Higher Diploma in IT mainly focusing on the hardware side
• Ideally a Microsoft certification on Windows 10 or equivalent.
• Experience in using a ticketing system for support management
